Coming of Age - Story Share

Coming of Age is the theme of this story share. Listen to four different tales from authors as they share moments in their lives when the world became a little bigger and their understanding grew.

Debra McQueen
She writes sometimes dark, sometimes comic poetry and prose. Her poetry collection Bad Girlfriend came out on Singing Bone Press in 2015. She lives in Denver, and regularly performs at the Moth StorySLAM.

Ruby Boddie
Her debut novella, "Mama's Hair," published in 2022 received a 5-star review on  Amazon. Darlene Kurosky-Schneider
She published “The Main Root” a loving collection of family stories, including heritage data for seven generations. A recent widow, married to her late husband for forty-eight years. She used her writing to heal from the loss. Her memoir “Marriage Survival with Love Letters” is in the editing stage.

Josephine Schonfeld
She is a psychotherapist and published author in New York City. She is currently working on her first novel.
